Consisting of:
- (a) the regional county municipalities of Bonaventure, La Côte-de-Gaspé and Le Rocher-Percé;
- (b) the Regional County Municipality of Avignon, including Gesgapegiag and Listuguj Indian reserves; and
- (c) the Municipality of Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine.
