Consisting of that part of the City of London described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northerly limit of said city with Wonderland Road North; thence southerly along said road to Oxford Street West; thence easterly along said street to Wharncliffe Road North; thence southerly along said road to the Thames River; thence generally easterly along said river and Thames River (South Branch) to Highbury Avenue North; thence northerly along said avenue to the northerly limit of said city; thence westerly along said limit to the point of commencement.
