Consisting of that part of the City of Hamilton described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said city with the Niagara Escarpment; thence generally westerly and generally southwesterly along said escarpment to Redhill Creek; thence westerly along said creek to Mountain Brow Boulevard; thence southerly along said boulevard to Arbour Road; thence generally southerly along said road, its intermittent production, Anchor Road and its southerly production to Rymal Road East; thence westerly along said road, Rymal Road West and Garner Road East to Glancaster Road; thence southerly along said road to the most northerly hydroelectric transmission line situated northerly of Grassyplain Drive; thence westerly along said transmission line to Trinity Road; thence northerly along said road and Highway No. 52 North to the Canadian National Railway; thence generally easterly along said railway to Highway No. 403; thence generally northeasterly along said highway to the northerly limit of said city; thence generally northwesterly, southwesterly, southerly, easterly and northerly along the northerly, westerly, southerly and easterly limits of said city to the point of commencement.
