Consisting of:

  • (a) that part of the Territorial District of Nipissing lying northerly and westerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said territorial district with the southerly boundary of the geographic Township of Parkman; thence westerly along said boundary to the easterly boundary of the geographic Township of McAuslan; thence southerly and westerly along the easterly and southerly boundaries of said geographic township and the southerly boundary of the geographic townships of Lasalle, Gooderham and Kenny to the easterly boundary of the geographic Township of McLaren; thence southerly along the easterly boundary of the geographic townships of McLaren, Fell, Grant and Pedley to the northerly boundary of Nipissing Indian Reserve No. 10; thence westerly and southerly along the northerly and westerly boundaries of said Indian reserve to the northern shoreline of Lake Nipissing; thence generally easterly along said shoreline to the westerly limit of the City of North Bay; thence southerly along said limit to the southerly limit of the Territorial District of Nipissing;
  • (b) that part of the City of Greater Sudbury lying easterly and northerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northerly limit of said city with the westerly boundary of the geographic Township of Bowell; thence southerly along the westerly boundary of the geographic townships of Bowell and Lumsden to the northerly boundary of the geographic Township of Balfour; thence westerly and southerly along the northerly and westerly boundaries of said geographic township to Morgan Road; thence southerly along said road to Blais Road; thence southerly in a straight line to the easterly intersection of Pioneer Road with Highway No. 144; thence southerly in a straight line to the intersection of Simmons Road with Gordon Lake Road; thence easterly along Simmons Road to the westerly boundary of the geographic Township of Balfour; thence southerly and easterly along the westerly and southerly boundaries of said geographic township and the southerly boundary of the geographic townships of Rayside, Blezard and Garson to the westerly boundary of Lot 6 of the geographic Township of Neelon; thence southerly along said boundary to Highway No. 17 East; thence easterly along said highway to the easterly limit of the City of Greater Sudbury;
  • (c) that part of the Territorial District of Sudbury lying easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said territorial district with the northeast corner of the geographic Township of Unwin; thence southerly along the easterly boundary of the geographic townships of Unwin, Leask, McNamara, Beaumont and Roberts to the northerly limit of the City of Greater Sudbury; thence generally easterly and generally southerly along the northerly and easterly limits of said city to the northwesterly boundary of the geographic Township of Hendrie; thence easterly along said geographic township to the westerly boundary of the geographic Township of Jennings; thence southerly along the westerly boundary of the geographic townships of Jennings, Cherriman and Cosby to the North Channel (French River); thence generally southerly along said channel, passing westerly of the islands adjacent to Gibraltar Rock and Murdock River, to the junction of Murdock River with the Territorial District of Parry Sound;
  • (d) that part of the Territorial District of Timiskaming described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly boundary of the Province of Ontario with the northerly boundary of the Township of Brethour; thence westerly along the northerly boundary of the townships of Brethour and Hilliard to the easterly boundary of the Township of Evanturel; thence northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly boundaries of said township to the easterly boundary of the Township of Chamberlain; thence generally northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly boundaries of said township to Highway No. 11; thence generally northwesterly along said highway to the northerly limit of the Territorial District of Timiskaming; thence westerly along said limit to the westerly boundary of the geographic Township of Fallon; thence southerly along the westerly boundary of the geographic townships of Fallon and Cleaver to the westerly limit of the Territorial District of Timiskaming; thence southerly, generally easterly and generally northerly along the westerly, southerly and easterly limits of said territorial district to the point of commencement; and
  • (e) that part of the Territorial District of Parry Sound consisting of Dokis Indian Reserve No. 9.
