(Population: 104,136)

Consisting of:

(a) that part of the District Municipality of Saanich lying easterly and southerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the southerly limit of said district municipality and Shelbourne Street; thence northerly along said street to MacKenzie Avenue; thence generally easterly along said avenue to Finnerty Road; thence northeasterly along said road to Arbutus Road; thence northerly along said road to Hollydene Place; thence generally northeasterly along said place and its northeasterly production to the easterly limit of said district municipality;
(b) the District Municipality of Oak Bay;
(c) that part of the City of Victoria lying northerly and easterly of Selkirk Water and easterly of Upper Harbour and Victoria Harbour; and
(d) that part of the Regional District Capital H (Part 1) lying easterly of a line drawn due south from Ogden Point and lying southerly a line drawn due east from Cadboro Point.
